Changes in Immigration Process:
A new decree has just been issued by the government requesting that all Expatriates travelling to Egypt for work purposes have to receive the national security clearance before their arrival within the work permit obtaining process. Issuance of the clearance will take up to 10 working days. During that time, Expatriates will need to stay outside Egypt until GRC, as an immigration service provider, confirms that the entry can take place. Hence, the 'Prior to Entry' stage will now take 5 to 10 working days longer depending upon the nationality of the applicant.

Availability is offered for units with rental prices 28.000 QR and higher.

In Qatar Pearl one of the most popular Expatriates places, Porto Arabia, is now fully booked due to the high season. It takes time to locate availability for any newcomer.
