• General overview of areas and map orientation
• Residential areas familiarization
• Accompanied viewing of pre-screened properties
• Facilitation of the lease process (price, terms, and deposits) and lease drawing
• Arrange for utilities, telephone, connection, and transfer
• Inventory inspection
• 30 to 60 days post-move follow-up call
